What is Vidora?
A multi-tenant SaaS for landing pages, leads, orders, domains, analytics and ChatGPT/MCP connectivity.
What is a tenant?
An isolated customer/workspace scope. Core operations use tenant IDs to prevent normal cross-tenant access.
Can I create multiple sites?
Yes, from Dashboard → New Site.
How do I change language?
Use the BM/EN control in the sidebar or mobile menu.
Sites & content
Draft vs Published?
Draft is not intended as the production public state; Published enables the public URL.
What is Preview?
A way to inspect the current site editor output before publication.
Are revisions supported?
Yes for supported site changes through Version History.
Forms, leads & orders
What are the three form modes?
Lead Form, Payment Form and Payment + Shipping Form.
Where are leads stored?
Under Leads, with tenant and site association.
Can I update payment and delivery status?
Yes, in Order Detail.
Can I store Tracking/AWB?
Yes.
Payments
Which providers are listed?
Billplz, CHIP, toyyibPay, iPay88 and offline bank transfer.
Does saved configuration mean live payments are fully automated?
No. Production charge/redirect/callback/webhook/signature/reconciliation must be verified for the active provider.
Can each tenant use its own merchant account?
Yes, the design is BYO merchant credentials.
Should Vidora store card details?
No unless you intentionally implement the required PCI scope. Prefer appropriate provider-hosted flows.
What if a customer says they paid but status is pending?
Check the provider/bank; production systems should verify callback/webhook or provider re-query rather than relying only on browser redirect.
Offline payment
Can I enter my own bank account details?
Yes.
Is receipt upload guaranteed live?
Only after the production upload/storage/access-control flow is implemented and verified.
Is a receipt screenshot enough?
Not necessarily; confirm the actual bank transaction.
EasyParcel
Is EasyParcel supported?
API configuration is present; live rate/booking/payment/tracking automation must be verified before being described as fully automatic.
Can AWB be entered manually?
Yes.
Domains
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, after TXT ownership verification, traffic DNS setup and HTTPS activation.
Where should my custom domain point?
For a subdomain or www, point the CNAME to domains.vidora.online. Do not point it to the tenant subdomain such as site-name.vidora.online.
I use Cloudflare. Should Proxy be enabled?
Use DNS Only during initial setup so routing and SSL can be verified cleanly. Only consider proxying after the domain and HTTPS are fully active and tested.
Why does DNS verification fail?
Wrong record, wrong hostname, Cloudflare proxy during setup, propagation delay or resolver cache are common causes.
Why is SSL still Pending after DNS is verified?
DNS verification and SSL are separate stages. Keep the target on domains.vidora.online, allow certificate provisioning time and re-check before setting the domain as Primary.
ChatGPT / MCP
What is the MCP endpoint?
https://vidora.online/mcp/.
Why OAuth?
Authorization Code + PKCE provides tenant consent and scoped access.
Does tenant MCP expose shell access?
It should not; tenant MCP is intended for exposed tenant tools only.
What if a token leaks?
Rotate/revoke it and review activity.
Analytics, notifications & support
What analytics are available?
First-party pageviews and daily uniques.
What notifications are active?
In-app order/activity notifications.
How do I request support?
Use Support and never include secrets.
Security & privacy
Is data sold to advertisers?
Vidora policy states it is not.
Who is responsible for end-customer data?
Tenants are responsible for lawful collection/use on their sites; Vidora processes data needed to provide the service.
