User Data Deletion
Vidora is operated by RL Global. This page explains how to disconnect supported social sign-in or Social Publishing connections from Vidora, or request deletion of your Vidora account and associated workspace data.
Remove a social sign-in connection only
If you only want Vidora to stop using Google, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn as a sign-in method, you can unlink that provider without deleting your Vidora account.
- Log in to Vidora.
- Open Account & Security.
- Under Social sign-in, find the provider and choose Unlink.
- If it is your only sign-in method, set a Vidora password first before unlinking it.
Unlinking a provider removes that provider identity connection from your Vidora account. It does not delete your Vidora workspace, websites, leads, orders or other account data. For supported Meta/Threads platform callbacks, Vidora may also verify a signed deauthorization or deletion request and unlink the associated identity or queue account deletion as applicable.
Disconnect a publishing connection
Social Publishing connections are separate from normal sign-in. A workspace may connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, LinkedIn or YouTube for publishing. Disconnecting a publishing connection stops Vidora from using that connection for future publishing without deleting your Vidora account or unrelated workspace data.
Drafts, scheduled posts, captions and uploaded publishing media stored in Vidora remain workspace data until they are deleted through the applicable feature or the full account/workspace deletion process. Provider-side posts already published may need to be deleted directly on the relevant provider.
Delete your Vidora account and workspace data
To request full deletion, use the built-in deletion request in Account & Security.
- Log in to Vidora and open Account & Security.
- Scroll to Account deletion.
- Enter your current password when requested and type DELETE to confirm.
- Submit Request account deletion.
The request is queued so Vidora can safely remove custom-domain routing, tenant media and connected workspace data before the user account is deleted. Some records may be retained only where required for security, dispute resolution, backups, fraud prevention or applicable legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Request deletion through Support
If you cannot access your account, open Support and submit a request using the email address associated with your Vidora account. Use the subject “Data deletion request”. Vidora may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request.
